Home Call Center (DCC):

- Debt collection

- Attracting new customers

- Managing existing clients

Field work (all over Russia):

- Card delivery

- Work on the shelves in large shopping malls

Office work:

- Receiving incoming calls and processing customer requests

- Advising clients on our company's services

- Consideration of customer requests and complaints

- Reporting

General requirements:

- Responsibility and learning ability

- Ability to work in a team

- Work experience in a call center is welcome, but not required

- Clear diction and the ability to communicate at a professional level

- Availability of stable Internet for work from home (for DCC)
